Topic: How To Sign up for MLSLI IDX Services

Your website will utilize IDX listings from MLSLI of Long Island, New York. You will need to obtain approval from MLSLI before we can complete your website.

Existing MLSLI IDX Subscribers

If you are already have an MLSLI IDX account with a different website vendor you need only contact Maria Casha of MLSLI to notify her of your intention to use our product. You can email Maria at mcasha@mlsli.com. Maria will notify us once she receives this email and verifies your account.

New MLSLI IDX Subscriptions

If you don't already have an MLSLI IDX subscription you will need to have one in order for us to create your website.

MLSLI IDX Office Subscription - If you are the managing broker of your office.
  • Required: Completed Data Feed contract and $ 100.00 set up fee.
  • Data Feed contract: Page 8 must be completed and signed next to “Participant Signature” by the Broker of Record.
  • Once approved: MLSLI will notify us and we will complete your website build.

MLSLI IDX Agent Subscription - For agents who are not the managing broker.
  • Required: Completed Data Feed contract, completed Agent Authorization form and $ 100.00 set up fee.
  • Data Feed contract: Page 8 must be completed by the Agent and signed by the Broker of Record (next to “Participant Signature”).
  • Agent Authorization form: Must be completed and signed by both the Agent and Broker of Record.
  • Once approved: MLSLI will notify us and we will complete your website build.
