Yahoo Email Changes

You may have heard about changes Yahoo recently made to their email service.  You may have even noticed that your clients, friends and family are not receiving email from your website like they used to.

Estentially Yahoo no longer allows email to be sent when the FROM address is a address (your address) and the sending server is not a server (our email server).  This effects all website vendors and any other third party email originators.

To Correct This Problem

If you want to continue using your email address as your site's primary email address all you'll need to do is to add your login information to your Administrator account.  Then we will send all outgoing email directly from your account which will result in terrific deliverability!

Here's how:

1) Log into

2) Click the 'Site Editor' button

3) Click the 'Add/Edit Agent Info' link

4) Click the 'Email Settings' link on the Administrator record

5) Enter your userid and password, then click 'Save'

6) Log into your account and verify you received our test email.  You may also receive a warning email from notifying you that your account was accessed from a unknown device.  You can disregard this email, it's only us.

If you have any questions please feel free to give us a call, email or support request.
