We have completely revamped the 'Sell A Home' page to provide you with an improved tool for generating CMA requests.  

We offer the lead a 'Free Market Report' for their neighborhood.  After entering their address the system will display all active properties within a quarter mile radius of their home.

The page prompts them to consider important questions regarding the sale of their home and offers a 'Free Property Valuation' to help answer these questions.

Again, the intent is to help you generate an increased number of CMA requests.  You will receive notification of these requests via email and mobile phone text, assuming you entered your SMS email address on your 'Agent Record'.
