We've added a new feature to the site called 'Hotsheets'. As you probably already know, when a person signs up on your site we automatically keep track of all the properites they view. We use this information when deciding which new listings to send them on a daily basis. This works great in most cases, however when you actually start working with the client you may find the need to alter the search criteria used for selecting listings on the New Listing Email.
The Hotsheets feature allows you to create one or more searches which will then be used as the basis for the New Listing Email. Additionally when the client views their 'Favorites' page on your site, they will see a list of all the hotsheets you've added for them. They can click on each hotsheet and see all the listings matching the search criteria you entered.
If you manually add a lead to your database you can then add one or more hotsheets to them. The very next day they will start receiving the New Listing Email based upon the search criteria you selected when creating the hotsheets.
From the Prospect Detail Page, click the Hotsheets Button

Create your hotsheet by entering a title, a message and the search criteria.

Once you have created the hotsheet you can send an email to your prospect notifying them. Another new feature is the 'Add Login Links' check box on the Send Email form.

Here's an email with the 'Add Log In Links' checked. Notice the gray box at the top, this is the Log In Links section. This makes it easy for your prospect to access their Save Homes and Hotsheets.

This is what the 'Saved/Favorites' page looks like when you've added hotsheets. Notice the Property Hotsheets section at the top. Your prospect can click 'View Hotsheet'...
