Posting a Listing to Facebook

Posting a new listing on Facebook® is as easy as 1.2.3!

1) Go to your ProAgentWebsites.com website and display the property you want to post.  Make note of the property URL in the web browser's Address Bar.  You can write it down or you select all the text in the address bar by dragging your mouse over it while holding down the left mouse button, you can then copy the URL by doing a CTRL-C on Windows or COMMAND-C on a Mac.

2) Log into your Facebook Account, go to the 'News Feed' and enter your description of the property then put in the complete property URL you saved in step 1.  If you copied the URL as described above you can now paste it in by doing a CTRL-V on Windows or COMMAND-V on a Mac.  Facebook will now go to your site and lookup the property.  Once you see the property come up, go ahead and click 'Okay'.

3) Your lising should now appear at the top of the 'News Feed' and should look something like this.

If you don't like seeing the property URL in the post, after Facebook goes to your site and displays the property, you can delete the URL you pasted before clicking Okay.

Go ahead and give it a try.  If you mess up, you can always delete the post and try again.

Also keep in mind that we provide you with a Facebook Application for your business page.  Click here to learn more about our FB Application.
