In this example we are adding a new email account to Outlook Express Version 6.
While you may have a different version, or you may be updating an existing account,
the information provided will help you to understand what is required to setup your account.
In this example, the incoming mail server is "pop.secureserver.net", the outgoing
mail server is "smtpout.secureserver.net" and the email address is "jsmith@coolexample.com".
Of course, you will substitute the information you were given by ProAgentWebsites.com
regarding your mail servers and email address.
Step 1) Select "Accounts" from the Tools Menu Option.

Step 2) Click the "Add" button.

Step 3) Enter your name.

Step 4) Enter your email address.

Step 5) Select POP3 and enter the incoming and outgoing mail server names you were given.

Step 6) Enter your email address as the "Account Name" and enter the password you were given.
Make sure "Log on using secure password authentication" IS NOT checked.

Step 7) Click the Finish Button.

Step 8) Select your email account then click "Properties".

Step 9) Click the "Servers" tab and make sure "My Server Requires Authentication" IS checked, then click the "Settings" button.

Step 10) May sure "My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication" IS checked and make sure "Use Same Settings as my Incoming Mail Server" IS checked, then click "OK".

Step 11) Click "Apply" then "OK" to close the update box. That's it, you should be able to Send and Receive Email at this point.
